Penalties for Actions Failing to Meet the Requirements for Coordination in Cyber Information Security Incident Response by the National Coordination Agency
According to Clause 3g, Article 78 of Decree 15/2020/ND-CP (Effective from April 15, 2020), the content is stipulated as follows:
A fine ranging from 30,000,000 VND to 40,000,000 VND shall be imposed for one of the following acts:
Failing to fully comply with the requirements for coordinating incident response of the National Coordination Agency.
Thus, the penalty for failing to fully comply with the requirements for coordinating incident response of the National Coordination Agency ranges from 30 to 40 million VND.
