Operating a Car Without Headlights from 19:00 Today to 5:00 Tomorrow Will Be Penalized How Much?
At Point g, Clause 3, and Point c, Clause 11, Article 5 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP, it is stipulated:
A fine of 800,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND shall be imposed on drivers committing one of the following violations:
- Not using or insufficiently using headlights during the period from 19:00 of the previous day to 05:00 of the following day, in foggy conditions, or in bad weather that limits visibility; using high beams when avoiding oncoming vehicles;
In case the above-mentioned violation causes a traffic accident, the driver's license shall be revoked for a period of 02 months to 04 months.
