Not Replicating Copies, Extracting Documents for Film Production Units with Archived Films: What Are the Penalties According to Regulations?
Based on Point b Clause 1 Article 9 of Decree 38/2021/ND-CP, it is stipulated:
A fine ranging from 5,000,000 VND to 10,000,000 VND shall be imposed on a film storage facility that fails to provide copies or print excerpts of materials to a film production facility with stored films as prescribed.
This penalty shall be applied in the case of an organization violating (Clause 2 Article 5 of this Decree).
Therefore, in the case where a film storage facility (as an organization) fails to provide copies or print excerpts of materials to a film production facility with stored films as prescribed, a fine ranging from 5,000,000 VND to 10,000,000 VND shall be imposed.
