Minutes of Administrative Violation: Key Contents
Pursuant to Clause 29 Article 1 of the Amended Law on Handling of Administrative Violations 2020 (Effective as of January 1, 2022), the administrative violation record shall contain the following principal contents:
a) Time and place of making the record;
b) Information about the record maker, the violating individual or organization, and the concerned agency, organization, or individual;
c) Time and place of the violation; description of the incident and the violating act;
d) Testimonies of the violator or the representative of the violating organization, the witness, the victim, or the representative of the victimized organization;
dd) Preventive measures and assurance of handling administrative violations;
e) Right and time limit for explanation.
