Is there a penalty of imprisonment for allowing a person under the influence of alcohol to operate motorbike causing a fatal accident in Vietnam? How much is fine for allowing an unqualified person to operate motorbike in Vietnam? What are conditions for drivers of motorbikes in Vietnam?
Hello, the other day my friend and I had a drinking party with the company. When I came back, I gave my motorbike to my friend to drive, because he did not cross the road properly, so he caused a fatal accident. My friend was detained for investigation, the police also invited me to work and told me that I was also involved in the accident. Please ask, is there a penalty of imprisonment if I give a motorbike to a person under the influence of alcohol to operate causing a fatal accident? How much is fine for allowing an unqualified person to operate motorbike?
Please advise. Thankyou.
