Is the karaoke system confiscated for singing loudly at 10 PM?

According to Clause 1, Article 6 of Decree 167/2013/ND-CP stipulates:

A warning or a fine ranging from VND 100,000 to VND 300,000 shall be imposed for one of the following acts:

- Making loud noises, causing noise, and disturbance in residential areas, or public places during the period from 10:00 PM of the previous day to 6:00 AM on the following day;

- Failing to comply with regulations on maintaining silence at hospitals, nursing homes, schools, or other places where there are regulations requiring general silence;

- Selling food, drinks, and beverages beyond the hours specified by the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities.

Therefore, if your family makes loud noises in residential areas, or public places from 10:00 PM of the previous day to 6:00 AM on the following day, it will be fined VND 100,000 to VND 300,000.

Additionally, the offending materials and administrative violation means (i.e., the karaoke set) will also be confiscated.
