A fine ranging from VND 400,000 to VND 600,000 shall be imposed on operators committing the following violation:

Honking, continuously revving the engine (excessive noise) in urban areas, densely populated areas, except for priority vehicles on official duty as prescribed;

Thus, the act of continuously revving the engine in densely populated areas may incur a fine ranging from VND 400,000 to VND 600,000. Additionally, if this act causes a traffic accident, the driving license shall be suspended for a duration of 02 months to 04 months.
