- In addition to being subject to the form of fine, the individuals and organizations that commit the violation will also be subjected to the following remedial measures:

The act stipulated in Clause 1; Point b Clause 2 of this Article requires restoring the original brand or color as stated in the Vehicle Registration Certificate according to regulations.

Thus, the fine for the act of arbitrarily changing the color of the vehicle contrary to the Vehicle Registration Certificate ranges from VND 100,000 to VND 200,000; it is required to restore the color as stated in the Vehicle Registration Certificate according to regulations.
