Is It Permissible to Display and Sell Materials and Tools on the Sidewalk?
Pursuant to Section 6e, Article 12 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP, the regulation is as follows:
A fine ranging from VND 4,000,000 to VND 6,000,000 for individuals, and from VND 8,000,000 to VND 12,000,000 for organizations shall be imposed for one of the following violations:
Displaying, selling machinery, equipment, supplies, construction materials, or manufacturing, processing goods on urban roadways, sidewalks.
Pursuant to Point d, Clause 10, Article 12 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP, the regulation is as follows:
Engaging in the acts specified in Clause 3; Clause 4; Points b, c, d of Clause 5; Points a, b, c, d, e, g, h, i of Clause 6; Clause 7; Point a of Clause 8 of this Article must clean up waste, scrap, vehicles, supplies, materials, goods, machinery, equipment, signs, advertisements, and other items, and restore the original state that was changed due to administrative violations.
Therefore, if you arbitrarily display and sell processing tools on the sidewalk, the fine will be from VND 4,000,000 to VND 6,000,000. Additionally, you must clean up the displayed goods and restore the original state of the sidewalk.
