Is Driving a Car at 63/50 km/h Subject to License Revocation?

Based on the provisions at Point i Clause 5 and Point b Clause 11 Article 5 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP as follows:

"5. A fine ranging from VND 3,000,000 to VND 5,000,000 shall be imposed on drivers committing one of the following violations:

i) Driving a vehicle exceeding the speed limit by 10 km/h to 20 km/h.

11. In addition to the fine, drivers committing violations shall also be subject to the following additional penalties:

b) Committing acts specified at Point d Clause 2; Points h and i Clause 3; Clause 4; Points a, b, d, dd, g, h, i Clause 5 of this Article shall result in the revocation of the driver’s license for a period ranging from 01 month to 03 months.”

According to this regulation, in the case of driving a car at 63/50 km/h, a fine ranging from VND 3,000,000 to VND 5,000,000 shall be imposed, and the driver’s license shall be revoked for a period ranging from 01 month to 03 months.
