Insulting Teammates at the Football Field Can Be Fined Up to 20 Million VND

Pursuant to Clauses 1 and 4, Article 9 of Decree 46/2019/ND-CP, it is stipulated as follows:

A fine ranging from 15,000,000 VND to 20,000,000 VND shall be imposed for acts of cursing, insulting, offending the dignity and honor; threatening to infringe upon health and life; reacting in a manner inappropriate to ethics, customs, and the cultural traditions of Vietnam while participating in sports activities.

Remedial measures:

An apology must be made publicly for acts of cursing, insulting, and offending the dignity and honor as stipulated in Clause 1 of this Article.

Thus, for acts of cursing and insulting teammates at the stadium during competitions, the highest penalty for that player can be up to 20,000,000 VND, and in addition, a public apology is required for such cursing and insulting conduct.
