Illegal Entry into a Container Truck to Exit to China Results in a Fine of 5 Million VND
Based on Point b Clause 3 Article 17 of Decree 167/2013/ND-CP, the regulations are as follows:
A fine ranging from VND 3,000,000 to VND 5,000,000 shall be imposed for any of the following acts:
+ Crossing the national border without carrying out exit or entry procedures as prescribed;
+ Evading or organizing, assisting others to evade into entry, exit vehicles for the purpose of entering Vietnam or going abroad.
Thus, the act of evading to a foreign country using a container vehicle is against regulations and subject to a fine ranging from VND 3,000,000 to VND 5,000,000.
