How will drying fish, pepper, and rice on railway infrastructure be handled?

Pursuant to Clause 1 Article 49 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP on penalties for violations of railway traffic safety regulations as follows:

- A fine ranging from 300,000 VND to 500,000 VND shall be imposed on individuals committing one of the following violations:

+ Walking, standing, lying, sitting or other acts on railway tracks, on railway-dedicated bridges and tunnels, except for railway staff and functional forces performing their duties;

+ Climbing over or through fences separating the railway from the surrounding area;

+ Letting animals cross the railway unlawfully or allowing animals to pull carts across the railway without a controller;

+ Walking, standing, lying, sitting or other acts on the roof of train cars, locomotives, on the steps of train cars; hanging, standing, sitting on the sides of train cars, locomotives, between train cars, locomotives; opening doors to get on or off the train, putting heads, hands, feet or other objects out of the train windows while the train is running, except for railway staff and functional forces performing their duties;

+ Drying straw, rice, agricultural products, leaving other items on the railway or other railway structures;

+ Letting soil, sand, materials, other items fall on the railway.

=> Therefore, in your case, it is a violation of railway traffic safety regulations and will be fined from 300,000 VND to 500,000 VND. The above violator's case is fined 300,000 VND in accordance with the above Decree.
