How Much Is the Penalty for Bus Drivers Not Wearing Name Tags?
According to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 23 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP regarding the penalties for drivers of passenger cars as follows:
A fine ranging from 100,000 VND to 200,000 VND for any of the following violations:
- Not wearing a uniform, not wearing a name tag as prescribed.
Thus, according to the above regulations, in case the passenger car driver does not wear a name tag, a fine ranging from 100,000 VND to 200,000 VND will be imposed.
