How much is the fine for non-compliance with the procedures, technical standards in motor vehicle inspection?

According to the provisions of Article 38, Decree 100/2019/ND-CP:

- A fine ranging from VND 1,000,000 to VND 2,000,000 shall be imposed on inspectors, operational staff of the Registration Center who perform any of the following violations:

- In addition to fines, individuals or organizations committing violations shall also be subject to the following additional penalties:

For the acts specified in Clause 1 of this Article, the inspector's certificate shall be revoked for a period ranging from 01 month to 03 months.

Thus, according to the above provisions, in the case where inspectors, operational staff of the Registration Center fail to comply with the proper procedures and technical standards in motor vehicle inspection, they may be fined from VND 1,000,000 to VND 2,000,000. Additionally, the violator's inspector certificate may be revoked for a period ranging from 01 month to 03 months.
