How are model contests with content offensive to religion penalized?

Based on Clause 7, Article 12 of Decree 38/2021/ND-CP, it is stipulated:

A fine ranging from 40,000,000 VND to 50,000,000 VND shall be imposed for organizing beauty or model contests with content that distorts history, independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity; denies revolutionary achievements; insults beliefs, religion; insults leaders, national heroes, and famous people.

Therefore, organizing a model contest with content that insults religion will be fined from 40,000,000 VND to 50,000,000 VND.

Note, this penalty applies to individual violators. If an organization commits the violation, the fine will be doubled (Clause 2, 3 Article 5 of this Decree).

Additionally, the organizer shall be suspended from organizing model contests for a period ranging from 6 months to 12 months (Clause 8), and they are required to return any illegal profits obtained (Point d, Clause 9, Article 12 of this Decree).
