Driving Motorcycles in a Line of 4 Vehicles: Is the License Confiscated?
Pursuant to Point k Clause 1 Article 6 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP:
A fine of 100,000 VND to 200,000 VND shall be imposed on motorbike operators who engage in the act of driving in a horizontal formation of three or more vehicles.
Thus, according to the regulation, the case of driving a motorbike in a horizontal formation of four vehicles will be fined 100,000 VND to 200,000 VND.
According to Clause 10 of this Article, the aforementioned violation will not be subject to any additional penalty measures, so this violation will only be fined without driving license seizure.
