A fine ranging from 600,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND shall be imposed on operators who commit one of the following violations:
Operating a vehicle exceeding the speed limit by 10 km/h to 20 km/h.
=> Accordingly, in cases where a motorcycle is operated at 15 km/h over the speed limit, a fine ranging from 600,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND shall be imposed. In this case, there is no penalty of license suspension. Therefore, the traffic police's request to confiscate the license for 02 months is unfounded.
