Driving a Motorbike with an Alcohol Concentration of 0.3 Milligrams per Liter of Breath Results in License Suspension for How Many Months?
Based on Point c Clause 7 Article 6 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP, regulations on penalties for operators of motorcycles, mopeds (including electric motorcycles), vehicles similar to motorcycles, and vehicles similar to mopeds violating road traffic rules are as follows:
A fine ranging from 4,000,000 VND to 5,000,000 VND for operators committing one of the following violations:
Operating a vehicle on the road with blood alcohol concentration exceeding 50 milligrams to 80 milligrams/100 milliliters of blood or exceeding 0.25 milligrams to 0.4 milligrams/1 liter of breath.
Additionally, Point e Clause 10 Article 6 of this Decree stipulates:
Committing the act specified in point c clause 7 of this Article will result in the revocation of the driver's license from 16 months to 18 months.
Thus, you will have your driver's license revoked from 16 months to 18 months if you operate a motorcycle with a breath alcohol concentration of 0.3 milligrams/1 liter of breath.
