Driving a car exceeding the speed limit by over 35 km/h: What is the penalty?

At Point c, Clause 7, Article 5 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP, it is stipulated:

Article 5. Penalties for drivers of cars and car-like vehicles in violation of road traffic rules

A fine ranging from 10,000,000 VND to 12,000,000 VND shall be imposed on drivers who commit one of the following violations. Among these:

Driving a vehicle exceeding the speed limit by more than 35 km/h.

In addition, the above violation will also result in the revocation of the driver's license for a period from 02 to 04 months.
