The disciplinary action of dismissal is applied to officials holding leadership or managerial positions who issue documents unauthorized to stipulate acts of administrative violations, authority, forms of sanction, measures to remedy consequences for each act of administrative violation in the field of state management, and measures to handle administrative violations.
