Declaration of Untruthful Information in the Application for Approval of Beauty Contest Organization: What are the Penalties?
Based on Point a Clause 1 Article 12 of Decree 38/2021/ND-CP, it is stipulated:
A fine ranging from VND 5,000,000 to VND 10,000,000 shall be imposed for the act of dishonest declaration in the application dossier for approval to organize a beauty pageant or model contest.
Thus, the act of dishonest declaration in the application dossier for approval to organize a beauty pageant will be fined from VND 5,000,000 to VND 10,000,000.
Note, this penalty applies to individual violators, in the case of organizational violations, the penalty will be doubled (Clause 2, 3 Article 5 of this Decree).
Furthermore, the approval document to organize the beauty pageant must be revoked (Point a Clause 9 Article 12).
