Constructing Brick Kilns at What Distance from the Railway Safety Boundary to Avoid Penalties?

Based on Point a, Clause 2, Article 52 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP, the regulation is as follows:

A fine ranging from VND 3,000,000 to VND 6,000,000 for individuals, and from VND 6,000,000 to VND 12,000,000 for organizations that engage in the construction of lime kilns, ceramic kilns, brick kilns, iron, steel, cement, or glass melting furnaces within a distance of less than 10 meters from the railway safety corridor boundary.

According to this regulation, construction of brick kilns within 10 meters from the railway safety corridor boundary will be subject to administrative penalties with the aforementioned fines. Therefore, the construction of brick kilns beyond 10 meters from the railway safety corridor boundary will not be penalized.

Additionally, if there is a violation, the dismantling of the construction that affects railway infrastructure safety and railway traffic safety is mandatory (Point b, Clause 4 of this Article).
