Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 9 of Decree 135/2021/ND-CP regulations on equipping means and professional technical equipment as follows:

2. Forces equipped with means and professional technical equipment include:

a) Traffic police, Mobile police, Order police, Quick response police, Social order administrative management police, Environmental crime prevention police, Fire prevention police, fire fighting and rescue, rescue, immigration management, police investigating social order crimes, police investigating drug crimes, police investigating corruption and economic crimes, smuggling, specialized inspectors and agencies assigned to perform specialized inspection functions on fire prevention, fighting and rescue, commune, ward and town police (hereinafter collectively referred to as the level police) commune);

b) Specialized inspectors and agencies assigned to perform the specialized inspection function of road transport, railways, inland waterways, maritime, civil aviation, inland waterway port authorities, and ports maritime service, airport authority;

c) Specialized inspection agencies and agencies assigned to perform specialized inspection functions on environmental protection;

d) Border Guard and Coast Guard;

d) Forest Ranger, Fisheries Inspector, Agriculture and Rural Development Inspector;

e) Customs;

g) Market management;

h) Health Inspectorate and agencies assigned to perform specialized health inspection functions;

i) Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs Inspectorate;

k) Education and Training Inspectorate;

l) Science and Technology Inspectorate; The agency is assigned to perform specialized inspection functions on quality measurement standards.

According to this Article, if you are appointed as the Inspector of Agriculture and Rural Development, in the near future you will be provided with professional technical equipment and facilities in Vietnam.

What are prohibited acts when using professional technical means and equipment in Vietnam?

According to Article 4 of Decree 135/2021/ND-CP on prohibited acts, accordingly:

1. Abusing means, professional technical equipment, means, technical equipment, results obtained by means, professional technical equipment, means, technical equipment to infringe the right of freedom, honor, dignity, private life, personal secrets, other legitimate rights and interests of individuals and organizations.

2. Failing to comply with correct procedures and rules in using professional technical means and equipment.

5. Handing over professional technical means and equipment to agencies, units, organizations and individuals without authority to manage and use.

6. Using professional technical means and equipment that do not meet the prescribed standards and technical regulations or have not been inspected, calibrated, or tested according to the provisions of law.

7. Appropriating, seizing, and illegally using means and professional technical equipment.

8. Falsifying or falsifying results and data obtained using professional technical means and equipment, technical means and equipment.

9. Abusing the reception and collection of data to illegally seize and use technical means and equipment of individuals and organizations.
