15 Years Old: Can You Ride a 50cm3 Motorcycle?
Based on Points a and b, Clause 1, Article 60 of the Road Traffic Law 2008:
The age of drivers is regulated as follows:
+ Persons aged 16 or older are permitted to drive mopeds with an engine capacity of less than 50 cm3.
+ Persons aged 18 or older are permitted to drive two-wheeled motorbikes, three-wheeled motorbikes with an engine capacity of 50 cm3 or higher, and similar types of vehicles; trucks, tractors with a payload of under 3,500 kg; passenger cars with up to 9 seats;
Thus, in the above case, if the person is not yet 18 years old, they are not allowed to operate vehicles with an engine capacity of 50 cm3 or higher.
