Which Information Violates the Cybersecurity Law?

According to the provisions of the Cybersecurity Law, what types of information are considered violations of the Cybersecurity Law? Looking forward to your prompt response.

As stipulated in Article 16 of the Cybersecurity Law 2018:

- Information in cyberspace containing propaganda against the Socialist Republic of Vietnam includes:

+ Propaganda that distorts or slanders the people's government;

+ Psychological warfare, inciting aggressive wars, division, and causing hatred among ethnic groups, religions, and the peoples of other countries;

+ Insults to the nation, national flag, national emblem, national anthem, great men, leaders, and national heroes.

- Information in cyberspace inciting disturbance, disrupting security, and causing public disorder includes:

+ Calling for, mobilizing, instigating, threatening, causing division, conducting armed activities, or using violence against the people's government;

+ Calling for, mobilizing, instigating, threatening, and luring large gatherings to cause disturbance, opposing law enforcement officers, and obstructing the operation of agencies and organizations, causing instability in security and order.

- Information in cyberspace with content that defames or slanders includes:

+ Seriously insulting the honor, prestige, and dignity of others;

+ Fabricated or false information that infringes on the honor, prestige, dignity, or causes damage to the lawful rights and interests of agencies, organizations, or individuals.

- Information in cyberspace that infringes upon the order of economic management includes:

+ Fabricated or false information about products, goods, money, bonds, promissory notes, treasury bonds, checks, and other valuable papers;

+ Fabricated or false information in the fields of finance, banking, e-commerce, electronic payments, monetary business, capital mobilization, multi-level business, securities.

- Information in cyberspace with fabricated or false content causing public confusion, damaging socio-economic activities, causing difficulties for state agencies or public service officers, and infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of agencies, organizations, or individuals.
