Article 8. Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam
November 09 each year is the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Law Day is organized to honor the Constitution, the law, and to educate the awareness of respecting the law for everyone in society.
According to the above regulation, Vietnam's Law Day is November 09 each year. This day aims to honor the Constitution, the law, and educate the awareness of respecting the law for everyone in society.

What is the propaganda slogan for Vietnam's Law Day by the Ministry of Education and Training?
On November 04, 2024, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Plan 1604/KH-BGDDT in 2024 Download to respond to the “Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam” in 2024 by the Ministry of Education and Training.
In Subsection 1, Section 2 of Plan 1604/KH-BGDDT in 2024 Download, the propaganda slogans for Vietnam's Law Day are stipulated as follows:

[2] “Proactively understand, exemplarily comply with the Constitution and laws as the responsibility of every official and public employee, and workers in the Education Sector.”
[3] “Promote policy communication in education and training to contribute to creating consensus, improving effectiveness and efficiency in law enforcement.”
[4] “Understanding and adhering to the law is protecting oneself and the community, for a democratic, fair, and civilized society.”
[5] “Actively reform administration, digitize, minimize compliance costs, contributing to liberating resources, accompanying people and businesses.”

According to Article 11 of the Law on Dissemination and Education of Law 2012, the forms of legal dissemination and education are stipulated as follows:

- Press conferences, press releases.
- Direct legal dissemination; consulting, guiding legal understanding; providing legal information and documents.
- Through mass media, loudspeakers, internet, panels, posters, promotional pictures; publishing in the Official Gazette; posting legal information on websites; posting at offices, bulletin boards of agencies, organizations, residential areas.
- Organizing legal understanding competitions.

According to the above regulation, legal dissemination and education are carried out through the following forms:
- Press conferences, press releases.
- Direct legal dissemination; consulting, guiding legal understanding; providing legal information and documents.
- Through mass media, loudspeakers, internet, panels, posters, promotional pictures; publishing in the Official Gazette; posting legal information on websites; posting at offices, bulletin boards of agencies, organizations, residential areas.
- Organizing legal understanding competitions.
- Through judicial activities, administrative violation handling, citizen reception activities, resolving complaints, and denunciations of citizens, and other activities of agencies within the state apparatus; through legal aid activities and grassroots reconciliation.
- Integrating in cultural, artistic activities, activities of political organizations and associations, clubs, legal libraries, and other cultural institutions at the grassroots level.
- Through legal education programs in educational institutions of the national education system.
- Other forms of legal dissemination and education suitable for specific audiences that agencies, organizations, and individuals with authority can apply to ensure effective legal dissemination and education.
