What are purposes of equipping information equipment systems for border posts to serve information work in sustainable poverty reduction until 2025 in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Clause 1, 2 and 3, Article 6 of the Circular 06/2022/TT-BTTTT (effective from August 14, 2022) stipulating purposes of equipping information equipment systems for border posts to serve information work in sustainable poverty reduction until 2025 in Vietnam as follows:
1. Purpose:
a) Ensure information and communication activities for people in border communes, attract people to participate in community activities at border guard posts, thereby provide information on policies and laws of the Party and State to people in the area; mobilize people to actively rise up to reduce poverty, build and protect border security, fight against false information about national border sovereignty;
b) Increase information technology application, renew forms and methods of information and communication suitable to the new situation at border guard posts in border communes and islands.
2. Priority locations and locations:
Priority is given to support in equipping information and propaganda equipment for border guard posts located in border communes with extremely difficult socio-economic conditions and island communes.
3. Structure, scale and technical requirements of information equipment system:
a) Information equipment system includes: Audio-visual equipment and other equipment to ensure information and communication activities in difficult and complicated terrain conditions in border areas and islands;
b) Based on actual needs for information and propaganda work, the Border Guard Command shall propose a list and technical requirements for equipment that need to be equipped, report it to the Ministry of National Defense for consensus and send it to the Ministry of Information and Communication to consider and synthesize the implementation plan.
What are regulations on implementation of equipping information systems for border posts in sustainable poverty reduction in the period of 2021-2025 in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Clause 4 Article 6 of the Circular 06/2022/TT-BTTTT (effective from August 14, 2022) stipulating implementation of equipping information systems for border posts in sustainable poverty reduction in the period of 2021-2025 in Vietnam as follows:
4. Implementation organization:
a) The Ministry of Information and Communications is responsible for:
- Coordinate with the Ministry of National Defense and the Border Guard Command in reviewing and synthesizing plans for the implementation of objectives and tasks and monitoring the implementation;
- Support and provide information and propaganda products for the Border Guard Command to carry out information and propaganda work.
b) The Ministry of National Defense is responsible for:
- Direct the Border Guard Command to review and determine the need for equipment support, develop an implementation plan (detailed for each year) and report it to the Ministry of National Defense for consideration and submission to the Ministry of Information and Communications; direct the Border Guard Command to organize the implementation according to regulations.
The implementation plan includes the following contents: Current status and necessity of equipment for information and propaganda work in border and island areas for border guard posts; location, list of vehicles to be equipped; funding; implementation organization; coordination with local agencies and units; plans for exploitation and operation of supported vehicles and equipment.
- Issue or direct the Border Guard Command to develop and issue guidance on the management and use of the supported equipment system, and to inspect and supervise the management, exploitation and use of the correct equipment. purposeful, safe, effective.
c) Provincial People's Committees: Direct the Department of Information and Communications and press agencies and relevant agencies in the locality to coordinate with the Border Guard Command in information and propaganda work in border areas and islands.
