Time for Public Review of Monthly Allowance Application Dossiers at the Commune People's Committee

According to Point b, Clause 1, Article 8 of Decree No. 136/2013/ND-CP (amended and supplemented by Decree 140/2018/ND-CP) which stipulates the procedures for the implementation, adjustment, and termination of monthly social benefits as follows:

Within 10 working days from the date of receiving the complete dossier, the Social Assistance Review Council (hereinafter referred to as the Review Council) shall review and publicly post the review results at the headquarters of the commune-level People's Committee for 05 working days, except for information related to the HIV status of the individual.

Upon the expiration of the public posting period, if there is no complaint, the Review Council shall add the meeting minutes and conclusions of the Review Council to the individual's dossier and present it to the Chairman of the commune-level People's Committee.

In case of a complaint, within 10 working days from the date of receiving the complaint, the Review Council shall conclude and publicly disclose the issue of the complaint, and present it to the Chairman of the commune-level People's Committee;

Thus, the public posting of the review results for the monthly social benefit application at the headquarters of the commune-level People's Committee shall be for 05 working days as per current regulations.
