Regulations on the expiration of post-rehabilitation management at residence
Pursuant to Article 81 of Decree 116/2021/ND-CP, the regulations are as follows:
Upon the expiration of the post-drug rehabilitation management period, the Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level shall issue a certificate of completion of the post-rehabilitation management decision at the place of residence according to Form No. 54 Appendix II of this Decree and remove the person under management from the list of post-drug rehabilitation management at the place of residence.
Conditions ensuring post-rehabilitation management at residence
Pursuant to Article 82 of the above-mentioned document, specific regulations are as follows:
Funding for the preparation of dossiers, organizing post-rehabilitation management at the place of residence; funding for the implementation of social support policies for post-rehabilitation individuals and other expenses serving post-rehabilitation management shall be ensured by the State budget according to the decentralization of the Law on State Budget.
Content and levels of expenditure for the preparation of dossiers, organizing post-drug rehabilitation management; levels of social support for post-drug rehabilitation individuals according to the guidance of the Ministry of Finance.
Funding for the preparation of dossiers, organizing post-rehabilitation management at the place of residence; funding for the implementation of social support policies for post-rehabilitation individuals and other expenses serving post-rehabilitation management shall be ensured by the State budget according to the decentralization of the Law on State Budget.
