- Develop content for a discussion program focused on clarifying the risks of elder abuse within families and the societal implications related to violent behaviors of children towards the elderly in the family.
- Produce accompanying clips to reflect on cases of domestic violence against the elderly.
b) Quantity and Genre
- Quantity: 01 program.
- Genre: Discussion.
- Duration: approximately 45 minutes.
c) Broadcast Program and Broadcasting Frequency
- Broadcast in the "Policy Dialogue" Program.
- Broadcasting frequency: broadcast 3 times (01 original airing, 02 repeat airings).

At Item 1.3, Subsection 1, Section II of the Plan issued in accordance with Decision 1094/QD-BVHTTDL in 2022, the regulations on propaganda, mobilization, and revision of regulations on measures for detecting and reporting domestic violence cases on Vietnam National Assembly Television are as follows:

a) Content
- Develop specialized content to analyze and evaluate the shortcomings in the work of detecting and denouncing acts of domestic violence, thereby establishing a national hotline for handling information on domestic violence cases.
- Produce a report reflecting on the detection, reporting, and seeking solutions for why over 90% of victims do not seek support when experiencing domestic violence.
b) Quantity and Genre
- Quantity: 01 program.
- Genre: Report.
- Duration: approximately 15 minutes.
c) Broadcast Program and Broadcasting Frequency
- Broadcast in the "From Parliament to Life" Program.
- Broadcasting frequency: broadcast 3 times (01 original airing, 02 repeat airings).
