A fine up to VND 2.000.000 shall be imposed for throwing shrimp paste to smear houses of others in Vietnam

Based on Clause 2a Article 7 of Decree 167/2013/ND-CP, the regulations are as follows:

A fine ranging from 1,000,000 VND to 2,000,000 VND will be imposed for one of the following acts:

+ Pouring or throwing waster, dirt or other substances to smear houses, offices, workplaces and business and production place of others.

Based on Clause 3b Article 7 of Decree 167/2013/ND-CP, the regulations are as follows:

Remedial measures:

+ Must implement measures to remedy environmental pollution for the acts specified in Point b, c, d, dd, e Clause 1 and Point b, d Clause 2 of this Article;

+ Must restore the original state for the acts specified in Point a, c Clause 2 of this Article.

Thus, based on your case and the act of your neighbor throwing shrimp paste to smear your house, the fine can be up to 2,000,000 VND, and they are obliged to restore the original sanitary condition of your house.
