What Should Be Included in a Transport Document?

Pursuant to Clause 11, Article 9 of Decree 10/2020/ND-CP (Effective from April 1, 2020), when transporting goods, the driver must have a transport document either in paper or electronic form issued by the goods transportation business unit and containing the following minimum information:

- Name of the transportation unit;- Vehicle registration number;- Name of the unit or person hiring the transportation service;- Route (starting point, end point);- Contract number, date of contract signing (if any);- Type of goods and weight of goods transported on the vehicle.

- From July 1, 2022, before commencing transportation, the goods transportation business unit must provide all minimum contents of the transport document (Transport Certificate) through the software of the Ministry of Transport.
