What is the Understanding of Technology Incubation?
The definition of technology incubation is stipulated in Clause 12, Article 2 of the Law on Technology Transfer 2017, as follows:
Technology incubation is the process of creating, perfecting, and commercializing technology from technology ideas, scientific research results, and technology development, or from incomplete technology through supporting activities regarding technical infrastructure, resources, and necessary services.
