Note:
* This form is used to make a decision to delegate the authority to issue inspection decisions as prescribed in Article 21 of the Market Management Law and Circular No. 27/2020/TT-BCT.
(1) Write the name of the directly managing agency (if any) and the name of the authority issuing the decision.
(2) Write the locality as prescribed in Decree No. 30/2020/NĐ-CP.
(3) Write the full name of the document type; document number, symbol; date, month, year of issuance of the document: name of the issuing agency and the name of the document regulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the agency of the authority to issue inspection decisions.
(4) Write other legal bases (if any) as documents regulating the content, basis for issuing the decision.
(5) Write about delegating the authority to issue Inspection Decisions regularly or case by case.
(6) Write about implementing the issuance of Inspection Decisions, implementing the operational measures prescribed in the Market Management Law and Circular No. 27/2020/TT-BCT.
(7) Specify the delegation period (in days, months, or years). In case of delegating the authority to issue inspection decisions on a case-by-case basis, the delegation period does not need to be specified.
(8) Write the position of the delegating person, for example: Team Leader of Market Management Team No..., Provincial Market Management Department....
