Based on Clause 5, Article 9 of Decree 10/2020/ND-CP (Effective from April 1, 2020), it is stipulated that the business of general cargo transportation is a form of cargo transportation business not falling under the following cases:
- Business of transporting oversized and overweight cargo.
- Business of transporting hazardous goods.
- Business of transporting cargo by container.
