Vietnam: What is the fine imposed for failing to adjust certificates of eligibility for nightclub business in case of changing the number of rooms?
Under Point dd Clause 6 Article 15 of Decree 38/2021/ND-CP stipulates:
A fine ranging from 15,000,000 to 20,000,000 will be imposed for failing to adjust certificates of eligibility for karaoke or nightclub business in case of changing the number of rooms or owners.
Therefore, a fine ranging from 15,000,000 to 20,000,000 will be imposed for failing to adjust certificates of eligibility for nightclub business in case of changing the number of rooms in Vietnam.
Note: the above fine applies to individual violations; in the case of organizational violations, the fine will be doubled (Clause 2, 3 Article 5 of this Decree).
