Understanding the Concept of "Secret"
The definition of a trade secret is stipulated in Clause 1, Article 2 of the Law on Technology Transfer 2017, as follows:
A trade secret is information accumulated and discovered during the process of research, production, and business, which is decisive in determining the quality and competitiveness of technology and technological products. Trade secrets include technical secrets and technological secrets.
