Understanding the Business of Freight Transport by Cargo Taxi Truck
Based on Clause 1, Article 9 of Decree 10/2020/ND-CP (Effective from April 1, 2020) stipulates:
Goods transport business by freight taxi is the use of automobiles with a load capacity of 1,500 kilograms or less to transport goods, and the transport hirer pays the driver according to the meter or the fare calculation software on the vehicle. The exterior of both sides of the vehicle or the vehicle door must be labeled with the words “FREIGHT TAXI”, contact phone number, and the name of the business unit.
