The Jurisdiction to Impose Sanctions of the Squadron Leader of the Coast Guard Squadron in the Field of Oil and Gas

Based on Clause 3, Article 59 of Decree No. 99/2020/ND-CP, which stipulates the administrative penalty authority of the Squadron Leader of the Coast Guard Squadron in the fields of oil and gas, and gasoline and gas trading, as follows:

The Squadron Leader of the Coast Guard Squadron has the authority:

a) To impose a fine of up to VND 25,000,000 for individuals and up to VND 50,000,000 for organizations for violations stipulated in Chapter II of this Decree; to impose a fine of up to VND 20,000,000 for individuals and up to VND 40,000,000 for organizations for other violations stipulated in this Decree;

b) To confiscate materials and means of administrative violations with a value not exceeding the fine amount specified at point a of this clause;

c) To apply remedial measures prescribed at points a, b, and e, Clause 3, Article 4 of this Decree.
