Subjects of the Management Activities of the Market Surveillance Force by Geographic Area
The subjects of the management activities of the Market Surveillance force according to the management area are specified in Clause 1, Article 34 of Circular 27/2020/TT-BCT. To be specific:
- Organizations and individuals engaged in the business of goods and commercial services in the operating area of the Market Surveillance force;
- Places of production, business, delivery, warehouses for preservation and storage of goods; goods gathering areas, domestic airports, seaports, inland waterway ports, railway stations, post offices; commercial centers, duty-free shops, supermarkets, markets in the operating area of the Market Surveillance force;
- Places of production, business, delivery, warehouses for preservation and storage of goods; goods gathering areas, airports, seaports, inland waterway ports, railway stations, post offices; commercial centers, duty-free shops, supermarkets, markets… and organizations or individuals engaged in the production and business of goods and commercial services located in the customs operating area but not subject to the Customs management as prescribed by law.
