Signs Identifying the Origin of a Type of Goods?
Based on Clause 2 Article 15 of Decree 43/2017/ND-CP, the regulations are as follows:
The method to indicate the origin of goods is stipulated as follows: Use the phrases “manufactured in” or “produced in”, “country of manufacture”, “origin” or “manufactured by” followed by the name of the country or territory where the goods are produced.
The name of the country or territory where the goods are produced must not be abbreviated.
Thus, identifying the origin of goods is reflected through the phrases when labeling according to the above regulations.
