Responsibilities of the Issuing Authority for Administrative Violation Inspection Decisions concerning Market Management
Responsibilities of the person issuing the decision to inspect and handle administrative violations of the Market Management as stipulated in Article 14 of Circular 27/2020/TT-BCT. To be specific:
Directly appoint or assign a Market Management official who meets the standards to be the Head of the Inspection Team to execute the inspection decision.
Directly or delegate to an official in charge of managing the Work Log of the Market Management agency or unit, clearly record the full name, identification badge (if any) of the Inspection Team members; the name and address of the organization or individual to be inspected; and the inspection contents into the Work Log before executing the inspection decision.
Fulfill responsibilities as stipulated in Article 26 of the Ordinance on Market Management.
