Procedure for Issuing a Supervision Certificate for Monument Restoration for the First Time Execution
Legal Basis: Decree 61/2016/ND-CP.
1. Conditions for Issuance:
- Possession of a construction project supervision practice certificate
- Completion of the training program on monument restoration knowledge as required by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
2. Application Dossier for Certificate Issuance:
Individuals shall submit directly or send by mail one dossier set to the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism or the Director of the Department of Culture and Sports, the dossier includes:
- Application for certificate issuance;
- A copy of the construction project supervision practice certificate, a university diploma or higher in construction, architecture fields related to construction project supervision activities;
- A copy of the certificate or confirmation of participation in the training program on monument restoration knowledge;
- Two 3x4 cm color photos taken in the year of the application.
3. Certificate Issuance Process:
- Within 5 working days, from the date of receipt of the dossier in accordance with regulations, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism or the Director of the Department of Culture and Sports is responsible for reviewing and requesting additional documents if lacking or invalid.
- Within 5 working days, from the date of receipt of the complete and valid dossier, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism or the Director of the Department of Culture and Sports is responsible for considering, deciding to issue the practice certificate, and simultaneously reporting to the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism. In case of refusal, a written response must be provided stating clear reasons.
4. Authority for Certificate Issuance: Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism or Director of the Department of Culture and Sports.
5. Certificate Issuance Timeline: 5 working days, from the date of receipt of a complete and valid dossier.
6. Certification Fee: According to the regulations of the Ministry of Finance.
7. Validity Period of Practice Certificate: 5 years from the date of issuance.
