Market Management Insignia, Symbol (Logo) of the Market Management Force - Regulations
How is the Market Surveillance Insignia and logo of the Market Surveillance force regulated?
Based on Article 7 of Decree 33/2022/ND-CP (Effective from July 15, 2022) on the Market Surveillance Insignia and logo of the Market Surveillance force, the following regulations apply:
The Market Surveillance Insignia has a blue background, with a five-pointed yellow star on a red circular background in the center, bordered by two yellow rice stalks with their stems attached to a half-yellow cogwheel, bearing the red letters "QLTT," arching along the curvature of the half cogwheel.
The Market Surveillance Insignia template is stipulated in Appendix I, issued along with this Decree, and is used for attachment, printing, embroidery, and casting on rank insignias worn on collars, insignia plates, flags, Market Inspection Cards, and on vehicles serving the official activities of Market Surveillance agencies at all levels.
The Market Surveillance Insignia with pine branches is detailed in Appendix I, issued along with this Decree, and is used for attachment on the front of peaked caps, soft caps, cotton caps; and is placed in a prominent position at headquarters, on the insignia plates of Market Surveillance agencies at all levels.
- The logo of the Market Surveillance force comprises two parts: a dark blue shield background with the letters “DMS” (an abbreviation for "Directorate of Market Surveillance") and the stylized yellow letter “M” (an abbreviation for "Market"). Depending on the color of the item to which the logo is affixed, the background may additionally include a blue or yellow border.
The logo template is stipulated in Appendix I, issued along with this Decree, and is printed, affixed, or cast on uniforms, documents, and items serving the communication work of the Market Surveillance force.
How is the Market Surveillance Flag arranged?
According to Article 8 of Decree 33/2022/ND-CP (Effective from July 15, 2022), the Market Surveillance Flag is arranged as follows:
The Market Surveillance Flag is made of dark green fabric, in an isosceles triangle shape, with the ratio of the side to the base being 5:3; the two sides are bordered with yellow fringe, and at the center, there is the Market Surveillance Insignia. The flag template is stipulated in Appendix I, issued along with this Decree.
The Market Surveillance Flag is displayed in prominent positions in the offices of the leaders of Market Surveillance agencies at all levels, in meeting rooms, halls, and conference rooms of Market Surveillance agencies at all levels; and it is affixed or displayed on vehicles serving the official activities of the Market Surveillance force and used in other cases according to legal regulations.
The Market Surveillance Flag is issued and used according to the correct purpose.
