Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and its Uses
Based on Item 1.1, Section 1 of the National Technical Regulation QCVN 8:2019/BKHCN promulgated together with Circular 14/2019/TT-BKHCN stipulates:
This technical regulation specifies the limit levels for technical indicators related to safety, health, environment, and quality management requirements for liquefied petroleum gas (abbreviated as LPG) used as:
- Residential gas,
- Industrial gas,
- Fuel for vehicles;
The types of liquefied petroleum gas specified in this Technical Regulation have HS codes stipulated in the List of exported and imported goods issued by the Ministry of Finance (see Appendix A).
