Is the business license revoked for arbitrarily converting temporarily imported goods for domestic consumption?
According to Point h, Clause 2, Article 28 of Decree 69/2018/ND-CP on the revocation of the business code for temporary import and re-export, as follows:
The Ministry of Industry and Trade shall revoke the business code for temporary import and re-export when an enterprise violates in the following cases: Unauthorized transfer of temporarily imported goods for re-export to domestic consumption.
Thus, if your company unauthorizedly transfers temporarily imported goods for domestic consumption, the business code for temporary import will be revoked according to the above regulation.
