Is it permissible to abbreviate your name on product labels?
Based on Clause 1, Article 12 of Decree 43/2017/ND-CP, regulating the name and address of the organization or individual responsible for the goods as follows:
The proper name of the organization, individual, and locality recorded on the product label must not be abbreviated.
Thus, in the aforementioned case, when you display your name, it must be fully displayed, and particularly, it must not be abbreviated.
