Is a Supervision Certificate for Electromechanics Level 3 required to take the Electromechanics Supervision Exam Level 2?
Based on Clause 5 Article 1 of Decree 100/2018/ND-CP which stipulates the general conditions for obtaining a level II construction practice certificate as follows:
Having a university degree in a relevant field, having at least 04 years of experience participating in work relevant to the content requesting the practice certificate;
Regarding the conditions for obtaining a level II construction supervision practice certificate (level 2 electromechanical supervision) stipulated in Clause 8 Article 1 of Decree 100/2018/ND-CP:
Having acted as a chief supervisor or site manager or lead designer in construction tasks relevant to the field requesting the practice certificate for at least 01 project of level II or higher or 02 projects of level III or higher of the same type as the project requesting the practice certificate.
Therefore, in your case, if you wish to obtain a level 2 electromechanical supervision certificate, you do not need to possess a level 2 electromechanical supervision certificate but only need to meet the conditions as stipulated above.
Respectfully!
