Is a Convenience Store Considered a Retail Establishment?

As we know, a retail establishment is a location where retail activities are conducted. Additionally, in Clause 9, Article 3 of Decree 09/2018/ND-CP detailing the Commercial Law and the Law on Foreign Trade Management regarding trading activities and activities directly related to the purchase and sale of goods by foreign investors, and economic organizations with foreign investment capital in Vietnam, the regulation is as follows:

A convenience store is a retail establishment for fast-moving consumer goods, including: Food, beverages, over-the-counter pharmaceuticals, functional foods and health-nourishing products, cosmetics and other products serving daily consumption.

=> Thus, according to this regulation, a convenience store is indeed a retail establishment.
